The service
AI Auto Cropper provides browser-based tools to detect, crop, and export photos from album scans and printed multi-photo pages. Core detection and cropping run on your device. Results depend on scan quality; we do not guarantee perfect detection for every image.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree that you have the right to use the materials you upload or process. Do not upload content you are not authorized to use, including copyrighted materials belonging to others without permission, or other people's private materials without consent.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to harass or defame others, to attack or overload systems, to scrape or reverse-engineer the service beyond permitted use, to distribute malware or spam, or to impersonate others.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases (when checkout is enabled) are billed through Stripe. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period except as described in the Refund Policy.
Results disclaimer
Crop boxes and exports are provided on an as-available basis. We do not warrant that detection will find every photo, that crops will be pixel-perfect, or that outputs will meet a particular archival or commercial standard without your review.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. After termination, refund treatment still follows the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the latest draft revision.
