AI Auto Cropper turns one scan of several prints into separate, straightened photos — in your browser, without uploading the scan.

What it does

One scan in, one file per photo out

Detects each photo on a flatbed scan, album page or sheet — including slightly tilted ones — and straightens it on export.

Drop many files or a whole folder: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, TIFF and multi-page PDF. Export as one ZIP.

Drag, resize, rotate or draw a box from four corners. Copy one layout to every scan, with undo and redo.

How it works

In-browser detection
Edge and contrast analysis runs in a Web Worker on your computer. Nothing is sent to a server to find the photos.
Optional AI subject model
For single photos, a MediaPipe model (about 23 MB, downloaded once and cached) finds the main subject — still on your device.
Full-resolution export
Crops are rendered from your original file, so the output keeps every pixel the scanner captured.

Honest limits

Photos lying sideways or upside down are not turned upright automatically — use the 90° buttons.
Four-point boxes are rotated rectangles; there is no perspective (keystone) correction.
Busy, patterned backgrounds can produce extra boxes that you delete by hand.
Sign-in and paid plans are still in preview; everything is free while we build.
